I am a 22yo f who has recently gotten back into excercising. I probably go to the gym 3 times a week and do jogging, biking, and rowing while i'm there.
I've noticed that now after I finish my workout, my clitorus is uncomfortable or irritated. Initially, i thought that this was caused because I hadn't showered before the gym. now it is happening almost every time, even when I do shower before, and even after. It feels dry, and is sensitive to the touch or sometimes when i move around. Visibly nothing is different or wrong. Could i just be dehydrated? what else might be causing it? |
