Hi,
I'm 18 and my dick sticks straight up and touches my stomach. the problem is that it's so tight it hurts like hell to get it in my girlfriend's p***y. even when i masturbate my crotch tightens up while i'm rubbing my dick, my cum dribbles onto me instead of shooting, the orgasm's weak (especially the contractions), it's painful, and i always think i have a lot more before than i release (not to mention afterwards i seem to have syrupy urine) What's my problem???? |

It sounds to me as if you may have a bad case of phimosis. This is where the foreskin is too tight and does not retract properly over the head of the penis. Can I ask you, is it possible to pull the foreskin, when erect, right over the head of the penis? If not then its possible you need to go see a doctor about the condition.
If its a mild case of phimosis, then steroid creams can relieve the situation. If it's a bad case (which sounds more likely) then the only solution may be a circumcision - but this would greatly alleviate the problem and make sex a lot of fun!
