Hi. I wear braces, and I don't think that they were fitted properly. Now I have painful sores in my mouth, and I have trouble talking, smiling – everything that involves moving of the jaw. It is about two days now, and I didn't go to the dentist because I don’t felt the need to go. Is there something that can help me to make my sores to disappear?
The solution is rather simple. You could use warm water as a mouthwash, or better you can use Salvia officinalis (often called as kitchen sage). It is great and it will solve your problem in a couple of days. You should go to the dentist, so he could adjust your braces so they wouldn’t make you uncomfortable.
