i have a sore on the left side near the opening of the vagina and it really hurts alot to urinate,i also have a painful lump at the bottom of my vagina just near the anus and it really worries me

Please see a doctor, I had the same thing, The gyno gave me a biopsy two weeks later i had cancer, she said to me we need to remove did not even take four day's i was in the hospital. now i'm just waiting for the results which takes 2 weeks

Go see your doctor this kind of cancer spreads very qiuckly.
