i am breasfeeding my 8 months old son.suddenly my nipples have started paining a lot whenever i feed him.he does take my feed very often everyday.at night he has started sleeping on my chest and sucks milk from top only.i would like to know if feeding him from top is the cause for the pain.should i see a doctor for this urgently is it a cause for worry.i am too confused.will appreciate some answers to my concern.
