hi i wonder if anyone can help ive been getting bad xtremyly bad pains in my stomach the upper part aka "the abs" section it has been keeping me awake at night and also makes me have a watery feeliong in my mouth as if im about to be sick if u have any ideas wot u believe it is please say
There aren't enough symptoms to pinpont any particular disease. If the pain has been persistent and you can't figure out if you've overstretched or similar, then you need to see your doctor who will diagnose you according to your medical history, family history, symptoms and different tests if necessary.
