pains in the stomach iwth cramping and abnormal feces

hi, i am a 17 year old female and i've had problems with my stomach for a long time now. in the middle of the night, i get this excurtiating pain in my lower abdomin and i can't sleep or even keep my body straight or in a stable position. not, these past few days when i go to the washroom, i excrete a stringy like structure connected to my feces. i dont know what it is. i thought it was just gonna be a one time thing, but it kept happening.
what could it be the result of?

Im 19 and I am going through the exact same thing! I get the abdomen pains and back pains and the stringy white things. And for some reason, everything seems to intensify durring the middle of the night (around 2 am) and it keeps me up all night! I really am not sure what it is, but i think it could be worms of some sort.

You could have a tapeworm. If you have recently lost a lot of weight or something.
