am having pain at my lower abdomen and cant do anything like bend or major body move because it hurts and also very itchy and when wipe i have got like a pinkish blood. and i did a pregnancy test and it was negative, was adv that you cant detect a pregnancy at the stage of implantation which i think am doing right now. pls tell me what is wrong with me and am having a back pain as well. the pain is much at my left hand side of the abdomen. am i preganat or what
