pains in waist and testicals upon recieving an erection

i'm 17 years old. it has actually been a while since i have masterbated (can't remember the last time). lately though, i have been experiencing pain in my waist after having an erection.

example

i made out w/ my girlfriend the other day and like usual i had recieved an erection, but then the pain in my waist would start. i would ignore it though. once we were done the pain would increase and then i would start to feel it in my testicals. maybe it is because i've been having many buildups, but then not releasing it.

also
i'm a wrestler and have been cutting a lot of weight. perhaps that could be it but i'm not sure. can anyone help?

i feel you bro .happens to me too .to me it happens only if i am playing with the girl a long time .with out coming .then i get the pain but it only happens once a year .if it happens to you all the time then you need to get it checked
