hi, im 39 and have been experiencing a thud in my chest like my heart beat stops and jump starts i have had an ecg and that was ok but when i go to bed at night i think im gonna die its awful, the thing is it only happens when i am relaxing and it is erratic when it does it.any help would be appreciated.thanx

All the problems are related to your diet and the moment you go loose , everything goes haywire. The first thing is cholestorol levels shoot up and before you say anything you are in the zone ... ! ( of a heart attack ! ).. so, take note guys.. One has to keep a check on their diet and if not that then at least see that your cholestorol levels are kept to normal levels like now I have been on *** web addresses not allowed *** for quite sometime now and this has helped me to a large extent to bring down my levels and keep it normal too though I have been taking care of my diet too.
