paranoid behavior bothering me

Hi there, I am a guy who is 35 years old. I know that this can't be true but I have this paranoid feeling all the time. You have to help me out somehow. I really don't know what to do with myself. I would go to some doctor but I can't trust them either. Thank you in advance for your advices.

Hello, I can only say this to you. The only option for you is consulting with psychiatrist. That is crucial. You are just paranoid, and that is why you have to speak with someone. I am not an expert but I know that much. You will be better then because he will know how to treat this mental illness. I am sorry because I wasn't of much help.
