First off I must admit to being a frequent masturbator, and I've always tended to do it for as long as possible, the downside being that my foreskin has come fairly stretchy and leathery n dark over the years. (I'm 30 now)

Yesterday after a particuarly long masturbation session (4 hours) in which I was quite vigorous (with no lubrication), I took a shower, then not long after I noticed that the foreskin over the head part had become very swollen, this isn't all the way around though, just on the upper left side, almost like a swollen bubble in that area.

Now I'm left handed and that tends to be an area of most friction when I masturbate.

It's now today and the swelling is still in that area, I find its much harder than normal to pull the foreskin back to expose the head (strangely the head now appears much smaller in comparison to the swollen foreskin, but I doubt its that the heads gotten smaller).

When pulling back forwards again it just wants to roll up at the bottom of the head (so I grab and pull it back over the head as I've read leaving it sitting behind can be bad)

What really concerns me though is, about 4 days back I had unprotected sex with a woman (she was on the pill, but I wasn't using a condom :/ )

So I'm worried this might actually be an infection or STD from then thats only just starting to surface. (possible fungle infection?)

Should I be worried?, and is there anything I can do to try and alleviate this swelling in the meantime, I'm wondering if its just a bubble of fluid, or its trying to harden from the excessive masturbation.

There's no pain, I noticed the tip of the head a little red n sore in the shower but thats gone now (everything is its usual colour on the head and foreskin, well maybe slightly sore n reddish looking). I'm peeing fine, no pain, balls seem fine too (have had bit of a dodgy tummy past week though)

Please help!, never had anything happen like this before.

i also have somewhat of the same problem, after a extremely long masturbation session which lasted around 30 minutes to around a hour and 30 or more ( this was my 6th and last masturbation session of the day) it seemed that my foreskin was bigger than normal, it seemed like the foreskin was stretched and was harder to find the penis head. i think that you probably dont have a STD

Got the same thing over the weekend- I was masturbating for about 5 hours on Sat night.
I'm sure I dont have an STD, so let's just wait.

This is whats up with me...i was masterbating 1 night about 2 weeks ago ish and when i'd finished my u know was swallen on the left hand side exactly how you describe it mate.

Just below the head though n all the way round my penis...i have whats like a ring (i think it is a swollen vein)

The swelling on my foreskin goes down...only comes back when i knock one off but this vein like thing is still there always. Not good.

2 weeks later no change... can't have this like this too long. Im 21 and usually end up taking a bird home almost every weekend after a night out but obviously that won't be happening till this sorts itself out. Daren't go to doctors either.

Gents,

After a recent masturbation session I am now experiencing the same symptoms!

Did the swelling diminish? Did you guys end up going to the doctors as I think I might :S

Cheers
