One month ago I noticed bump in my left scrotum. It is pea sized. This bump is white and fairly firm. I was squeezing it and tried to pop it, but nothing happened. I feel no discomfort, just this pea sized bump on scrotum. At first I thought it was an ingrown hair or a zit, or something similar, but now I am afraid it is STD. Could this be STD?

Hello!
White and firm bumps on the scrotum are very common and are called cysts. They usually do not go away. You can get them removed, especially if they are big and are interfering with daily activities. I am almost sure this is not STD, but it is cyst. If you want to be 100 % sure, get this checked with your doctor.

| My 8 year old son has an itchy bump on his scrotum...what I am reading from these forums is that it might be a cysts...would he be to young for this? Any ideas what it could be??? |

i have a lump on my left testicle, it started to kinda hurt a little yesterday and i dont know what to do or what is it. if any body has an idea for a cure or something tell me. fast |

I have this since I was in my high school days, no disocmfort just normal feeling, having ejaculated normally, pee normally until now. I am worried of the size.it is more of my fist size and it shrink sometimes..
I will only feel pain when I press it hard..I feel some lumps inside it..
Anyone can help me about this? what is it? I do not have any of the prostate cancer symptoms.
