Hi
I think i have pearly penile papules and they seem to have developed on the head of my uncircumcised penis. I was wondering if they can spread even more once they have developed...

The Answer is definitely not. They wont spread or grow beyond the stage they are at. It seems to settle around the Corona the base or ring. And it seems to stop growth at 16 years of age or younger.
