I want to build up my pectorials. Please explain me how to exercise.
I’d rather practice at home for the beginning. I’m 16 and have never been in gym before. Thanks.

You can start with some exams for stretching your pectorals. It’s the best to exercise while lying on bench in gym. Stand straight with face against the wall. Raise your arms to the level of your shoulders and place the palms of your hands on the wall. Than start turning your body away from the wall and keep doing this until you feel stretching in your pectorals.

hi there i am a personal trainer and i would advice you to do press ups 3 times a week leaving a around a 48 hour gap between each session so you muscle can recover.start of with 1 set of 12 reps {12 times up and down}after 3 session of that increase it gradually each week.i would advice you to do the opposin muscle {rhombiods} as this will help with the structure a the pecs. for your rhombiods you can do rhombiod squeezes.hopes this helps. any more help just ask on this page
