peeling and cracked palms and feet

Hello everybody! I am very concerned about my child bc he got this very strange, all of a sudden peeling and cracking on his palms and feet and he even had a fever last night. I don’t know what to do! Is there any cream for the peeling or something?

I don’t even have time to tell you hello, bc you should be running off to hospital with your child. The peeling and cracking of palms and feet is often a symptom of a very uncommon child disease called Kawasaki. Besides the peeling and fever which you mentioned there could be a sign of rash, lymph gland swelling in the neck, and conjunctivitis. If your child has this, he will be hospitalized and usually early diagnosis are followed by a full recovery. Good luck and off to the hospital!!!
