pelvic floor getting stronger with biofeedback

Hi, I have a problem and I need help. I had labour year ago. Since that time I had problem with my blather because my pelvic floor got wick. My friend had similar problem and solved it with biofeedback. I would like to try it myself, but I am afraid. Therefore I need some more information's about method itself and how my pelvic floor can get stronger with biofeedback.

I understand your fear, especially because you are not familiar with this method. Also I understand your need for some kind of therapy for your pelvic floor weakness. Biofeedback use machines to measure tightness of your muscles. It measures it with sensors that can beep. Lower the beeping is the weaker are muscles of your pelvic floor. With this method you can in some time achieve pelvic floor to be stronger.
