pelvic/vaginal pain bumps on vagina- virgin-WORRIED

since the end of my period (1 week ago) I've been having pain in my pelvic region( some in my lower abdomen as well) and vaginal region. it is mostly a dull pain along with some sharp( but not incredibly intense) pain as well..i've also discovered some bumps on the small lavia ..they have a pointy almost white tip.. I'm really worried. I've always been so scared that i was going to get cancer...and I'm so afraid thats what it is someone please tell me otherwise!
it also hurts when i sit..i guess because of the lumps..i dont know..
I'm22, have never had sex, am a healthy (a little under) weight and no one (that i know of ) in my family has ever had cancer...

I'm really scared and my 1st gyno apt isnt until 3 weeks...someone please , if you have any ideas let me know!!
