Sir,
I am a 23 yrs old. i have a very thin and short penis. my penis size is 4.3 inches im worried about my sexual life with my wife. im getting married soon.Sir,i used to masterbate from last 4 years.My Ejeculation is very fast. I ejaculate within 1 - 2 min. when ever i do masturbath. i am virgin now im feeling very shame due to size. so i want to ask from u should i marry or not and is there any medicine for penis Enlargement & long time ejaculation ?

one month before i did the masterbathe 3 times in day from that attempt i feel very pain over pennis area. when i masterbathe then it become very painful for me for 3 to 4 days.
