penis head always uncovered, white penis head

hey

im 14 and my foreskin for like ages now never goes over the head of my penis anymore. so like the head of my penis is always uncovered. the head of my penis isent sensitive and dosent sting or anything like that im just curious to see if this is normal.

and 2 more questions

the head of my penis around the hole on the end of the penis is like always white around it. once again is that normal?

and the skin of my foreskin on the end always looks dry and looks like skin has peeled of it.

The white bit seems normal... does your foreskin go back to your head and stop or does it carry on?
