penis scar / loss of sensation

hi,

I have a scar on the underside of my penis which runs all the way down, it is dark brown and i have had this since i was about 12 and i am now 22 and dont have a lot of sensation when i have sex. Im not circumcised. could this scar be the reason for my lack of sensation?
