| I have been dealing serious disease, bipolar mania, and it is followed with depression. I have been using my meds regularly, and I must admit that they are very helpful. Still, it seems that my tiredness is partially caused by those drugs. What should I use - Pentoxifyline (trental) or cimetidine (tagamet) for my med related fatigue? |

| I think that trental might be helpful in your case, because it causes the blood to flow more easily and freely through the system. Still, it is not certain that this will help you, considering the condition you are suffering from. So, please, my advice would be - see a doctor, tell him that meds for your therapy are not acting perfectly and he will tell you what are the proper steps. |
