I am 48 years old and beleive I am in peri-menopause. Over the last year I have had months of mood swings, heavy cycles, mood swings, etc., and then months that are easy. This week I have been experiencing waves of naseau and intermittent hot flashes...I also feel a bit light headed. I am about 4-5 days away from the start of my period and wondered if this could all be related and if there is anything I can do to releive the naseau.
