I know I am perimenopausal even though I haven't confirmed it with a doctor. I've had the symptoms for nearly 2 years. My husband and I are trying to have another baby and I read that it is possible to menstruate without ovulating. This means that my normal method of counting the days of my cycle may no longer be so helpful. Not to mention my irregularity...shorter cycle with heavier bleeding. It can be as long as 30 days or as short as 14. My normal was 27. What can I do to know when and if I'm ovulating? Please help me, someone!
