have been in perimenopause for 6 years. Had period in Sept than one again in Jan. Beginning of April got carried away with significant other and while rubbing clitoris with his penis he came. no penetration. If no period how would one know if pregnant and how accurate would a home pregnacy test be if hormones are swinging due to perimenopause
