I have really bad cramping during my perimentrual syndrome. I have severe pain in my lower stomach and have to use 500mg ibuprofen every 8 hours. I am 15 years old. Is it going to be better later? Please tell me what else should I do to relieve my symptoms?

Hi, I know how you feel; I also passed through it every month. I’ve started to exercise regularly, and it seems helpful for me. My friend told me some advices about food that should be avoided before pms, like salty, sugary foods, alcohol and coffee. Folic acid 400mg daily helps some, you should try. There is no universal recipe that helps everyone. I hope that some of these will help you.
