Hi..... Im 21 and me and my fiance have been tryin for a baby for 4 months...this is since I was told I have polycystic overies. I do not have any physical signs of this...they found out when they discovered I had a right ovarian cyst which had ruptured and bled into my abdimon (July/August 2006). Previous to this I was on and off the pill for 5 years, Doctors told me to begin trying to concieve as if it took longer than one year I would have to seek medical advice. Now four months down the line I am 2 days late for my period...my hpt came back negative. I'm a hormonal rollercoaster!! Also I have been suffering severly from migraines, feeling sick (mainly after eating) and also for 9 days I have been have a faint fluttering feeling (almost like butterflies) right down below my pubic line...so its not in my stomach! I have been thinking for the past 2 weeks that I am pregnant (I just have a feeling?!!) but I dont know if thats just because I want it sooo bad...Also I dont know what Im gonna do if I get my period...the thought makes me start to cry...how much longer should I wait? my boobs feel slightly tender underneath also I worked out on my chart if I am pregnant I'll only be just over 1 month
The pregnancy symptoms and "feelings" are wicked.....really....I know what they have been doing to my sister....you never can be really sure until you get tested. She felt pregnant so many times and always had just the symptoms, but it always turned out they were PMS.
I am not trying to discourage you, I just wanted to tell you to calm down, relax because it is easier to get pregnant when you are not so stressed. Crying every time around period, and numerous testing won't lead you anywhere, you will just lose some precious moments.
Don't worry, it will happen. My best friend also has PCOS and she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl....You are very young, many girls in your age aren't even thinking about having children yet.....you'll get there! Good luck!
