I've been using aviane for about a year now. My cycles are always normal but each month my period gets lighter and lighter. My last period only lasted 1-2 days. Could this just be spotting? Is this unhealthy? Thanks

That is not unhealthy at all.

BC pills do make a womans period lighter and shorter, which reduces anemia and cramping!

Is is perfectly okay.
