in march my period stopped coming i was sexually active then all of a sudden it came back i had server stomach cramps and had to go to the emergency roombut the doctor didn't say what was wrong can u tell me

Most likely ntohing is wrong at all. IF you were pregnant and having a miscarriage, a pregnancy test would show positive for 2 weeks after.

The doctor would have known.

Some women will not ovulate, no ovulation means no pregnancy, but when you do not ovulate you may not have a period at all.
