my next period is due in 10 days and im suspecting that i could be pregnant although no signs yet. If i get my period on time, does that mean that i didnt get pregnant?? reply soon plz. thank u

Well yes, if you get your period you are most likely no pregnant. Here is what happens during pregnancy: when we get pregnant, our brain sends signals to the ovaries to stop the menstrual cycle, so that the baby would have a good environment to grow in. Hormonal levels will continue to grow and your ovaries won’t be producing more eggs while we are pregnant.

When no eggs are produced, no menstruation occurs.

Sometimes women experience bleedings in their early pregnancies. This may indicate a miscarriage or that parts of the uterus are being shed and we may get that as a period. Although it shouldn’t be happening, bleeding in early pregnancy may occur.

The only thing to know for sure is to have a pregnancy test done if your period doesn’t arrive in time.
