I had periodontal gum disease and underwent laser surgery. I am wondering if there is any additional aftercare that you people, here, might be familiar with.
I am very thankful for every tip.

Hello!
I almost daily wash my mouth, gums with tea from kitchen sage… I gargle it (it is an old recipe from my grandma)… I asked my dentist if this was ok to do, and he said, it can’t harm.
While washing your teeth, gently scrub gums to. Use not too hard toothbrush.
… and of course follow up communication and check ups with your dentist.
