i had an abortion almost a month ago

i bled for about 2 and a half weeks after it, which i know is normal and the doctor told me not to insert anything in my vagina for at least 3 weeks... so i waited 3 weeks to have any kind of sex. well when i had sex (of course with a condom this time!!)... it was just REALLLLLY painful for me and it made me worry sex will never be the same :\ is this normal? do i just need more time to heal?

also, i started bleeding again tonight. fresh bleeding, unlike the entire time i was bleeding after the procedure (after about a week of the procedure, i was jsut discharging dried blood). i have what feels like cramps.. i'm just confused. i figured the procedure would've altered my ovulation and my cycle. is it normal to be back on your period this soon?
