periods regular always..but this time not

Hi ,i had regular periods all these years...and recently i'm trying to concieve since 3months..but even then my periods are regular.
but this month my period is due 12th feb..but i'vnt had my periods but only slight signs while pee.
does it mean i'm pregnant..after how long can i check i'm pregnant with the fertility sticks
