I have been on birth control pills for 8 months now. A few months ago I was really stressed out and sick and got my period 3 days early. Last week I got my period on wednesday and it normally doesn't come until Monday so it was 5 days early, I still have two blue pills to take before the green ones. Is this normal? Should I just continue with my pills and ignore that my period came early?

Another thing that has happend during a few of my periods while on the pill is thick blood clot like discharge. This never happend to me when I wasn't on the pill. Is this a normal happening or not? Should this concern me?
