persistant lower back pain and stomache cramps

I have stomach cramps on left side, persistent lower back pain and constant urge to have a bowel movement. The pain is much worse when I sit down and sometimes back pain goes down to my groin area. Are those IBS symptoms, or perhaps prostitis?

The pain you described suggests on GI problem. Although I experienced symptoms like: lower back pain, stomach cramps and pain and burning during urination, and diagnose was UTI (urinary tract infection). I was on antibiotics, amoxicillin, for seven days. I think you should see your physician as soon as you can. Take care.

hope some-one can help me iv had back ache both sides with alittle uti went back it was gone still had lower left side cramps moved to right now all the way around still had bad urin test with too much protein ect.
