hi, i have had a sore throat for some time now and just can not shift it. it first started in march and after severall visits to the doc and 3 courses of antibiotics and penacillin i stiil have a sore throat. the treatment works but the glands are still swollen, then a couple of weeks later my throat is sore again. i have also had symptons of a high temperature and aches all over during this time. should i have my tonsills out or is it something else?? please can someone help!!
