I think I may have phimosis. I haven¡¦t been to a doctor yet. I don¡¦t know which one to see. I searched it on the internet and phimosis symptoms are the symptoms I have. I am 19 and interested in available phimosis treatments. Is there anybody who is acquainted with this?
Stretching methods worked for me. I used lubricants, usually baby oil. I pulled the foreskin forward away from the body several times then pull it back and hold it in the stretched position. When the hole was large, I inserted my thumb and small finger into the foreskin and griped the head between finger and thumb. Then I rolled the foreskin over the thumb until the tight ring is white with stretching. I would leave it in this position for a few minutes. I used to do it a few days a day. I was very eager I might say. ļ
