I’ve been having chronic phlegm problem. It is below Adams apple and it doesn’t respond to attempts to cough up. It usually appears when I am eating. I tried with meds but nothing helped for long.
Oh, it sounds awful. Try with a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (regular vinegar may work), then gargle and rinse your mouth well with some more vinegar. I believe that most little germs hate vinegar. You can dilute the vinegar. Good luck!
