Hi. I am a woman that is 21 years old and I am a bit overweight. Not too much, but still, I am. I want to loose some weight and I heard that pilates is good for what I want to achieve. Whenever I mention pilates on the ball, everyone talks about Colleen Craig. Is it possible that there isn't one single trainer that is good beside her?

Believe me, there sure are, but the fact stands that Colleen Craig is a great trainer, and because of that, and the simple name of her book that is fairly good overall, he has most media coverage, including the internet. If you type "pilates on the ball" you get Colleen Craig, because that is the name of her book. But don't worry, you can use his method, it is great, I assure you.
