pimple breakout around anus

I have pimples on my penis and around anus, they just broke out one day. What are these, an STD? I am bisexual male and I have sex with both my girlfriend and my boyfriend.

Hi! Those pimples could be anything. I have sometimes pimples on my bottom as allergic reaction on synthetic clothes. However, you are very sexually active therefore pimples could be symptoms of STD. Symptoms of HPV are genital warts which can be passed along to a partner through skin-on-skin contact, but also papules which are harmless. It would be best that your physician examine these pimples on your penis and around anus.
