pimple?herpes? infected ingrown hair?

can herpes be a single sore in the pubic area? even before i became sexually active i would get these pimple looking things after i shaved. they dont hurt unless i squeeze and mess with it and are usually raised pretty high, looking like an infected pimple. i cant tell what it is?

yea ive had this too. .not sure what it is. when i shave its always over that and sometimes its like a white head sometimes not... otherwise it only hurts if i like put my finger on the wound if its like squeezed open
