Is it possible to develop pimple-like cysts on you penis or scrotum? I have developed these two bumps. I tried squeezing them but only some watery discharge came out not the white stuff like it usually would. What could this be? Should I be squeezing them at all?
These could be cysts and they are usually harmless. You shouldn’t be squeezing them, nothing on skin should be squeezed unless you want to get an infection. You could visit a dermatologist and see what these bumps really are. If they are truly just cysts, they could be cut out by a doc. The area is numbed and you shouldn’t feel a thing.
I've had small bumps on my testicals and penis for a few years now.
I've always wanted to go to a doctor. But, I have no idea how much it costs
for them to examine it and to determine what to do w/ it.
Most sexually transmitted diseases involve some pain.
The major exception being Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
Bumps on the male penis are very common and most are benign. You can have a doctor check them out if you notice any redness, swelling, discharge or pain. Do not continue to drain them.
By opening the skin you could get bacteria into the cut and infection could form.
If you do develop an infection it will be red, raised, swollen and you may see a whitehead forming.
Do not try to pop it yourself. It may look similar to acne vulgaris (facial acne) but it is not the same.
