pimple-like painful bumps on inner and back of the legs

hi. i'm an 18 year old female. i'm a virgin, and i've never had any sexual incounters. a few months ago, i notised what i thought at first was a masquito bite on the clef of my butt cheek on the leg. it hurt as much as an uncomfortable masquito bite (which is why i thought of it as such) in that it doesn't itch, but is slightly hard and hurts. i then noticed that it started to bleed. so i put many band-aids on it, and changed them every now and then. when it cleared up, i thought that that was the last of it. however they kept comming back on the back of my leg (near my butt), and on my inner thighs. i got to get a good look at it when it was on my innner thigh, and to me it looked like a pimple but i'm definatly sure it's not a pimple: they're very red, with a large white nub at the peak. then, when the white nub'd fall off, the pimple-like thing would start bleeding with gooey redish black blood. when it leaves, i'm left with a slight bum where the sore was and a light red tint. it has just come back again, one on the back of my left leg, and one on the back of my right close to my butt clef again. i'm really starting to worry. could you possibly tell me what it might be?

*UPDATE* That one went away, and now i have one inches away from my genitals, back of the inner leg, but facing back. the pain this time really worries me. they'd usually hurt when i went to sit down and stuff, but now it hurts pretty much all the time. also a new occurence is that i start to get really dizzy, close to fainting sometimes. i was just in the shower, and i nearly fainted 5 times. i'm terrified, but i don't want to go to a doctor or anything, b.c. i'm so scared that it'll be something really bad. i also haven't told my friends or family. i've first started seeing them around 10 months ago. please. i need some help.

I get the same thing and however I have been to the doctor and they just told me to stop shaving! But I still shave just not as much and it does not seem to help any. They are also very painful. If you have any updates please let me know. Not only they hurt but they also scar.

It's probably your glands. I've had the same thing before. It could be a swollen gland or an ingrown hair if its a place that you shave often.

this must be very scary for you, its not much fun when things go wrong down stairs! what if you could find a really nice doctor to go to someone you could trust, you could try a few out and if you dont like them when you meet them just make up another reason for going. could be herpes which sound much more scary than it is, heaps of people have it, it is a painful blister which can appear around the genital area, if it is an infection like this then it might make you feel unwell, if you go to a doctor then you can get some idea of what you are dealing with, no one else needs to know in your family, your 18 its all confidential info. the best way to deal with this is to get the facts and then work from there. good luck and take care.

I have the same thing only thing is im not a virgin and my boyfriend been getting them too like it like a small pimple then it get big and a little hard and white like puss then it popps and bleed for a few days the stop and heal ups but me and him are going to the doctors on monday so ill let u know what happens !

hey i have been having the same things for a long time now. I finally went to the doctor yesterday cause they bacame so bad to where i would have several at a time and would hurt to sit down. The doctor said that it is Folliculitis. This is where bacteria gets into your pores from you sweat glandes and just bacteria. She had to prescibe me some anit bacteria medicine that I am taking for 10 days. You need to go get it checked out by a doctor cause they can turn into horrile cysts and you will have to have them cut out!

I get what is like small, painful pimple-like things. I've had two on the inner part of my right elbow (like where it creases when you bend it). I have also had similar feeling things on the crease between the butt-cheek and leg. I currently have one new one of my left inner elbow, and I have one on the back of my neck. They don't itch, and I haven't noticed any of them ever bleeding like some of you have described. Do you still think I might have the same thing as the rest of you, though?

I started getting "pimples" on my rear when I was preggy with my second child. My first one i can remember like it was yesterday. - because it hurt so danm much- I tried to put up with the pain for as long as posable thinking it would go down any day now but I could only stand it for about a week. the Dr kindly lanced it for me. as painful as having my butt being scrapped with a sharp knife and poked with a needle constantly sounds....it actually didnt hurt thanks to the needle he was numbing the area the whole time and I felt better by the time i got home.

then I got another also got infected somehow, this time i got sick and very faint like which at this point i was 6 or so months preggy. So i went to the dr again, it got lanced again and under control, though i was in hospital for 4 days.

here I am a year later thinking the pimples were from my hormones from bein preggy with more and not preggy. so I have no idea what causes them. i had one whichi poped when it was a tiny tiny thing and thought nothing of it, and as soon as that one started to go down and feel better now I have 6-9 of them so im going back to dr.

Hopefullly this new dr will be as nice as the last.
