pimple on penis? i dont know!

im 16 and i have had a small almost white pimple like lump on the shaft of my penis for a month or two now. it never hurt or anything it was just there...but then i woke up today and it hurts to touch it and it has grown wider and has gone a more red colour. please help me! what do i do? i dont want to tell my parents incase it will jus go away over time?
Im scared it could be something worse than just a pimple or bump. oh and i have never had any sexual stuff with girls.

It sounds like a pimple or a sebaceous gland. If it got so big, and painful it probably got infected and inflamed and you may need some medication but it is nothing serious and it could go away on its own soon. If it doesn't go away or gets really painful, you better tell your parents.
