Im 17 years old iv had unprotected sex before and now i hav a single pimple on my scrotum i can pop it but when i pop it, it just comes back it wont go away and on the head of my penuse right by the shaft theres 3 red dots no bumps or anythign they get darker and lighter sometimes disapear.. and can jacking off every nite cause any damage? to the penuse of scrutum????
