have pimples on my foreskin , which started off as an itch and prior to that a few days ago i had a sore feeling on my genitals due to burning heat like sensation on my scrotum.please help me cause i dont want to diagnose an std yet

sounds like an std. better get checked out QUICKLY. If it is a bacterial std you can get rid of it, but only if you go to a doctor right away. you can also try planned parenthood. this will not just go away.
