I've have been having these pimples just come out of my testicles. None of them have popped or anything like that. Do you think i may have been diseased or anything like that. Pls help me with some info. They are white pimples one is bigger than the other and its kinda spreading around. I dont realli want to be infected or anything.

sounds like something a doctor needs to see to diagnose, could be herpies, could be ingrown hairs could be sprouting a new set of testies or a third arm or something, go get checked!!
