hi, i've hade a few pimple on my back and legs,i would try and pop them but it would just leave a red spot. and they got bigger, the skin in the sore is very dry,after a long time they went away and left a scar.but now my girlfriend has them. and i need help

it sounds like scabies if your girlfriend got them too.
