For the last year or so I have noticed that I have little white pimples under me penis. They are only by the base of my penis. And they stand out the most when I have a boner.And I have just noticed that I had one random one on the side of me penis in the middle. I have never had sex and im 15. Ive been worrying about it since I learned about STD's he health class. Can someone help me out please? Thanks.
