I had my period 2 weeks ago and just have started spotting pink, my lower stomach was cramping so bad i could barley stand up and walk. The pain came off and on all day and i had been going on for a few days. My stomach is not cramping as bad but it still hurts some. I am still spotting and i have to wear a panty liner. What could it be?
